"Industrial Fest" was held in the Heroes' Park, near the executive committee of the Kryvyi Rih City Council. This festival has become a brand for the "City for life". It combines a celebration of the industrial grandeur of our city and a presentation of the tourist potential of Kryvyi Rih. The programme of the festival provided many interesting and bright locations that attracted indifferent people of all ages.
Guests of the holiday had the opportunity to get acquainted with the exhibits of exhibitions of various industrial orientations and take part in masterclasses.
Festival locations will include:
- "Industrial Quarter", which will feature industrial enterprises of the city and an exhibition of special equipment;
- "Tourist Quarter" offered visitors to get acquainted with the most interesting tourist routes and sites of Kryvbas, communicate with representatives of travel agencies in the city, virtual tours of industrial enterprises using VR-360 headsets.
- "Scientific Quarter" presented interesting cognitive locations from museums, libraries and various educational institutions of Kryvyi Rih and offered to take part in masterclasses concerning creative chemistry and applied mineralogy.
- "Quarter of Masters" showed an exhibition of works of Kryvyi Rih stone, artwork on clothing, souvenirs in memory of the "Life-long city", an exhibition of blacksmith art, all this and much more.
- "Art Quarter" - a place for art lovers, where there will be exhibitions of works of art on industrial topics, photo exhibitions and photo areas.
- "Children's Quarter" was a special highlight of the festival. Young people from Kryvyi Rih will be able to take part in the "Soap Bubble Show", visit the exhibition of the interactive Museum of Interesting Science "ZnaniUm" and "School of Robotics", play a twister with tourist locations of Kryvbas. The city's industrial enterprises have prepared some surprises for the children.
- "Food Quarter" - with a taste of industrial. In addition to a variety of street food, the festival guests can enjoy dishes with local flavour.

"Projects implemented in Kryvyi Rih are the most successful in Ukraine, and they are an example for other cities, " the director of the Hans Seidel Foundation, Benjamin Bobby.
The International Summer School of Urban Studies operates with the support of the Mayor of Kryvyi Rih, Kostiantyn Pavlov, the Seidel Foundation (Germany), the German Construction Support Fund and the Kryvyi Rih City Development Institute.
Sessions are held from 5 to 19 July 2021. It is the second stage of joint work of European experts, specialists of the executive committee of the Kryvyi Rih City Council and students of profile specialities of Ukrainian and foreign universities to develop a strategy for the development of the urban space of Kryvyi Rih. The first stage of joint work took place in autumn 2020.

In the Inhulets district, new owners, families from the East of Ukraine, moved to the dormitory after capital repairs in the housing estate at 25 Katkov street. Housing for IDPs was renovated in cooperation with the city and the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund (UFSI), with the support of the German Development Bank KfW.
Mayor Kostiantyn Pavlov congratulated the "new Kryvyi Rih residents" on their new home and handed over warrants and keys to 17 apartments.

Fitch Ratings reaffirmed the credit rating of 2020 assigned to Kryvyi Rih at the level of "B" with a "Stable" outlook.
Last year, the largest leading international rating agency, Fitch Ratings, gave Kryvyi Rih a long-term foreign currency rating (IDR) of "B" with a "Stable" outlook. The creditworthiness of Kryvyi Rih was assessed within the framework of the city's consulting agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). This year, the rating company confirmed the rating of Kryvyi Rih.
"Despite the economic decrease in the country caused by the coronavirus pandemic, Kryvyi Rih continues to operate and develop systematically. The confirmed credit rating of the city indicates that we can be trusted by international financial organizations and potential investors intending to invest in municipal projects," Mayor Konstiantyn Pavlov said.
The credit rating of Kryvyi Rih cannot be higher than the rating of the country as a whole, so the indicators of the assigned credit rating of Kryvyi Rih have the maximum allowable value. It is worth noting that the same ratings are in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, Dnipro.
In June 2020, for the first time, the international rating agency Fitch Ratings f assigned Kryvyi Rih a long-term issuer default rating (IDR) in foreign and national currency at "B" with a forecast of "Stable", short-term IDR in foreign currency "B" and a national rating of "A + (ukr) "with" Stable "forecast.
"Thanks to the confirmed credit rating, Kryvyi Rih remains stable and is on a par with other "B-rated entities". The city has confirmed its financial stability, which will help increase confidence on the part of investors and creditors," Oksana Pavlushenko, Deputy Head of the Economy Department, said.

Despite the difficult socio-economic situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic and the limited financial resources of the city budget, due to the rational use of funds in Kryvyi Rih, all urgent issues of the city economy are solved, all social programmes and infrastructure projects are preserved.
At the April session, the decision was supported to allocate additional resources from the city budget, more than UAH 32 million, for the support of health care, transport, urban improvement of Kryvyi Rih.
Mayor Konstantin Pavlov said, "We are allocating more than UAH 18 million to preserve the health of residents and support medical institutions. It includes the purchase of oxygen concentrators for the infectious diseases hospital, the autoclave of the №16 hospital, medical devices, laboratory equipment, and consumables for laboratory tests of the diagnostic centre. UAH 7 million - to ensure payments for heat consumption by health care institutions. In general, almost UAH 191 million has been allocated from the city budget to combat COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic in Kryvyi Rih.”
