In spite of rapid development of transport vehicles during the last decades, appearance of speed supercars, electro mobiles, trains, etc., more and more habitants of planet give advantage of two-wheels friend known for everybody since one’s childhood - the bicycle. Statistics strike numbers: today over milliard of bicycles is counted in the world, in Western Europe they are being actively used by 115 million persons, and Denmark and Netherlands became «the most cycling» countries.
On April 5, 2013 in the village of Pischanka in Novomoskovskyi district the gender budgeting training was held under the Project “Building Capacity in Evidence-Based Economic Development Planning in Ukrainian Oblasts and Municipalities”.

On April, 1 there was a meeting to discuss the City Development Institution results at the executive committee of the City Council. Nagornyi Andriy presented the main achievements of the enterprise, reported about CDI’s finances and told about the nearest plans. The progress was performed in terms of CDI’s priorities – project management, sociological research and trainings.
